This was a poor week to be the subject of my first Weight Loss Wednesdays feature, but I’ve promised myself that my website will be real.
Weight lost/gained this week: +.04 lbs Total lost in 1 year: -27.2 lbs Total lost since highest weight: 62.6 lbs (I will write a post on how I lost all of the weight and how and why I calculate my start weight – spoiler, I was 9 months pregnant). Nonscale victories: Ran my first 5k (YAY!) Challanges: Snacking killed me this week. I craved snacks (hello women’s monthly hormones) and I gave in many times. On Saturday I didn’t feel like cooking and took my husband up on his offer to try a local Indian Buffet. Goals for Next Week: Curb the snacking, track every day, keep my fitbit charged

Wednesday 8/23 – Fitbit steps: 0 (Fitbit was not charged) Calories in: 1021. Workout: planet fitness 30 minute circuit with standard step-ups in between machines
Breakfast: Spark Drink, Venti Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte, Lunch: Fresh Market Sushi w. Gusto Spicy Crab Inari, 3 oz piece of salmon from Fresh Market Deli Counter Snacks: Fresh Market Nuts and Chocolate Dinner: None, with my 3 hour drive and lack of activity due to being at my desk I just was not hungry, also, see snack consumption.
Thursday 8/24 – Fitbit Steps: 7091 Calories in: 1555 Workout: 15 minutes on stair climber at level 5, free weight arm workout
Breakfast: Spark Drink,Lunch: Protein shake (Costco Cytosport Protein, Advocare Chocolate Mocha Shake, skim milk, spinach, flaxseed) Snacks: Wickedly Prime Chocolate Truffle Spread (why did I even buy this?) Dinner: Annie’s Graham Cookies,
Friday 8/25 – Fitbit Steps: 12,312 Calories in: 1068 Workout: 15 minute run, 45 minute walk
Breakfast: Spark Drink,Lunch: Protein shake (Costco Cytosport Protein, Advocare Chocolate Mocha Shake, skim milk, spinach, flaxseed) Dinner: Shrimp Taco Salad (shrimp, coleslaw mix, avocado, white queso, corn tortillas, sour cream, lime juice)
Saturday 8/26 –Fitbit Steps: 4,482+5k (fitbit wasn’t charged for 5k) Calories in: 1702? (hard to tell with dinner at an Indian Buffet) Workout: 5k!
Breakfast: Spark Drink, Venti Iced Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte, Lunch: Protein shake (Costco Cytosport Protein, skim milk, spinach, flaxseed) Dinner: Indian Buffet (2 plates, no rice based dishes, 1 piece of naan.
Sunday 8/27 –Fitbit Steps: 15,442 Calories in: ? (Did not track), Workout: Ran 4 miles, walked 2 miles
Breakfast: Spark Drink Lunch: Protein shake (Costco Cytosport Protein, skim milk, spinach, flaxseed) Dinner: Salad w/ mock fried chicken tenders (chicken, panko and parmesan baked), Caesar Salad Mix, Hard boiled egg, True Goodness Caesar Dressing. Snacks: Could not stay out of the chocolate chip and almond stashes today, 4 handfuls of each?
Monday 8/28 –Fitbit Steps: 10,304 Calories in: 1215 Workout: Ran for 18 minutes twice with a 1 minute walk in between
