Weight lost/gained this week: +0.2 Total lost since highest weight:72.8 Pounds to go: 27.2 Challenges: AMF and I had to go to Evansville on Friday for an unexpected family event. We traveled to Evansville and back in the same day and then went to the Garth Brooks concert as soon as we got home.
I had a rough day on Thursday, I was hungry, tired and craving food. Then the same thing happened on Monday. I ate a brownie and two truffles during a late night Board meeting for a non-profit volunteer with. Non-scale Victories: I Attended two concert and avoided alcohol, completed my third 5k and skipped the Bloody Mary that was included with race entry Goals for Next Week: curb the snacking, cut the salt. Its just not worth it, my goals are too important! I feel and look so much better in photos – I can do this!

Breakfast: Spark Drink, Lunch: Protein shake (2 scoops Costco Cytosport Protein Powder, skim milk, spinach, flaxseed/chia packet and 2 tablespoons of this collagen supplement) Dinner: Orange Thyme Salmon Mignon with Cauli-rice.
Thursday 9/28 – Fitbit Steps: 3,268 Calories in: 1982 Workout: 30 minutes on the stairclimber, abs and legs
Breakfast: Spark Drink, Lunch: Protein shake with coffee flavored protein (YUM – New Obsession!), skim milk, 2 tablespoons of this collagen spinach, flaxseed/chia packet Dinner: Taco salad with 90/10 ground beef, Dole chipotle/cheddar chopped salad kit, avocado, jello sugar free cheesecake pudding, approximately 1 million tortilla chips 🙁 snacks: builder bar, peanut butter lara bar.
Friday 9/29 – Fitbit Steps: 3502 Calories in: 1255 Workout: none 🙁
Breakfast: Spark Drink, venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte with 2 pumps pumpkin spice Lunch: Protein shake Protein shake with this protein, skim milk Dinner: Cobb Salad from Scotty’s Brewhouse in Indianapolis. I had them leave off the blue cheese. I had mine with honey mustard on the side. snacks: these sunflower seeds.
Saturday 9/30 –Fitbit Steps: 16,761, Calories in: 1035 Workout: 30 minute run
Breakfast: Spark Drink Lunch: Protein shake: Protein shake with coffee flavored protein (YUM – New Obsession!), skim milk, 2 tablespoons of this collagen spinach, flaxseed/chia packet dinner: Salmon Burger (in lettuce wrap) + salad snacks: beef jerky.
Sunday 10/1 –Fitbit Steps: 15082 Calories in: 1377 Workout: 5k
Breakfast: Spark Drink, plain latte from Coat Check Coffee in Indianapolis (if you are local, I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop – SO GOOD!) Lunch: scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit, protein shake dinner: Cider Glazed Pork Chops and Apples + Roasted Brussel Sprouts + Mashed Cauliflower.
Monday 10/2 –Fitbit Steps: 8492 Calories in: 1460 Workout: 30 minute run
Tuesday 10/3 –Fitbit Steps: 5964 (I sat idle at my desk after I went to the gym) Calories in: 1164 Workout: 30 minutes on stair climber + abs/legs/glutes
Breakfast: Spark Drink Iced Skinny Caramel Macchiato Lunch: Half Cali Roll from Kanpai in Evansville, Indiana, KanPai Salad. Dinner: leftover chicken and vegetables from lunch. Snacks: skinny pop.
