Father’s Day is one month from today, on June 17, 2018. I have something special tucked away for him, its actually already wrapped! In honor of Father’s Day, I thought I’d do a post highlighting some past gifts I’ve given AMF – he is so hard to buy for and I know I am not alone!
.) 14k Gold Flag Pin. I saw a friend wearing a flag pin while having his son baptized this fall and thought the pin looked so classy. During this scary political time, I think this is a sweet way to show that you are an American, no matter which party you belong to. I love this 14k gold version. Available here.
.) Lego sets. AMF has this set and had so much fun putting it together. He placed it on a shelf in his office. I also like the architecture sets because they don’t look like lego sets and blend in with other decor. I also like this one and this one.
.) A nice tie. Hear me out on this one – a tie is a classic dad gift that no one wears or wants. There are still a few occasions where wearing a tie is a necessity (funerals, weddings, maybe even an occasional meeting). Why not make you husband feel extra fancy and special on these occasions, since they are likely important. Most men do not need a tie collection that they never wear, but a single extra special tie is an excellent gift.
.) Hue Lighting System. If you husband has everything and loves techy type stuff like mine does, this is a must have. When I first saw this system in store, I did not think it was that cool. After installing it in our kitchen, I think it’s a must have. We both love changing the colors to fit our mood or a holiday theme. Plus it works with Amazon Alexa. Additional bulbs available here. Starter kit also available here.
.) A personalized Tervis. We love Tervis tumblers and use them as our everyday glasses. I had one personalized with a photo of AMF and Moochi and it was a hit!
